WTFC First Team Result – 20th April

WTFC First team travelled to Staplegrove to play their penultimate match of the season.  Watchet Lost 3-1, Goals scorer was Charley Clausen and the A & P Farmer man of the match was awarded to Jay Darrell.  We congratulate Staplegrove on winning the Ulhsport County Division 1.

WTFC First Team Result – 13th April

WTFC First team played their last home match of the season against Saltford First Team winning 4-0, and securing Promotion back into the Premier Division. Goals scorers were Billy Jones, Eddie Townsend, Charley Clausen & Josh Aspey and the A & P Farmer man of the match was awarded to Eddie Townsend.

 

 

Well done Ella

Ella, from U12s Girls team represented Somerset picking up a couple of assists on 11th April in a tournament, winning both matches against Exeter & Bristol City 2-0. Well Done Ella 🔴⚫

On our Clubs Sponsors Day and quite windy conditions WTFC welcomed Castle Cary First team to the War Memorial Ground.  Watchet took all three points from the match with a 5-0 WIN. Goals scorers were Billy Jones x 2, Brandon Walsh, Alfie Cox & Adam Jefferies with the A & P Farmer man of the match being awarded to Eddie Townsend.

Founded in 1887, Watchet Town Football club is one of the oldest football clubs in Somerset. Our clubhouse and main pitches are situated on the war memorial ground in the historic harbour town of Watchet,  adjacent to the heritage West Somerset railway line.  We warmly welcome members and guests in our clubhouse, where refreshments are available.
